RETURNS

Our policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return 
Your item must be
*unused and
*in the same condition that you received it in
*and a void sticker can not have been opened.
*It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at divaprolash@divaprolash.is and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

How to return your product:

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Make sure the package is marked with your name and order number.  
There are two options to return your order: 
  • Come to us in the warehouse:
    • The warehouse is open to return orders only from 8-15.30 every business days. 
    • Make sure your order is marked with your name and order number. 
  • Ship the order back to us:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To clean your extension use a the brush that comes with the eyelash shampoo Sparklý Clean .

Or if you do not have that at hand, the next best thing is to mix baby shampoo with water - dampen cotton bud and wash the area around the eyes as well as the lashes.


Attention. Do not use oily products since that will dissolve the extension.

The best way is to gently rub the lash line to make sure that there is no makeup, debris, or any other irritant left around the eye.

Just gently rub the area around the eye to make sure that everything is clean.

It is vital and important to clean the lash line so that there will be no build-up of harmful bacteria that can cause the eye rim to swell.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then send us email to divaprolash@divaprolash.is whereas we will help you asap.

Is DivaProLash safe ?

Yes it is. But as a rule we strongly recommend that you test the bonder, sealant and remover on your skin before applying it to your eyelashes since it is always a possibility that you will react to the product. When you test it put it on your skin and let it stay there for at least 60 mins. After wash it or remove that products from the skin. Shipping and delivery

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-2 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us on divaprolash@divaprolash.is if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

You can take you products unsealed and in the original packages to Górilla warehouse - Blikastaðavegi 2-6 Korputorg. Or you can send it with the post or Drop. You need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us. And please send us a post to divaprolash@divaprolash.is as soon as you need assistance or to return your goods. We will send you right back all the information needed for returning your product.
